The Hulk wants to return to Jarella’s sub-atomic world, so he breaks into Hank Pym’s lab and searches until he funds the substance that shrinks him to tiny proportions. But the devious Chameleon, on sight to steal secret lab papers, captures the tiny Hulk and delivers him to his employers – HYDRA!
