Richard Benson’s wife and daughter are hijacked from an airplane and later killed by Arthur Hickock and his henchmen. The shock of this loss has a bizarre effect on Benson, as his face and hair are now dead white, giving him an “ice cold” paralyzed appearance. While investigating the airfield where his family was kidnapped, he meets Algernon Heathcote, “Smitty.” After the two team up and take down the kidnappers, they form “Justice, Inc.” to fight for all those who have suffered at the hands of criminals.
