Description
The book opens with Green Arrow Searching for the female archer she saw kill the street walker murderer in issue one. He does so as he is following the trail of bodies she is leaving behind her. Discovering what they all have in common, he finds that the cases he and Black Canary were working on, were actually one and the same. After more investigation he discovers that the dealers know Black Canary is a narc, and she is in danger, so Green Arrow rushes to save her. He finds them and Canary is stripped and strung up. She looks as if she had already been tortured. This drives Ollie mad, and he begins to kill every one in the room.
