Ibex’s lessons focus on the theme of Emotional Courage. These lessons support students in welcoming all their emotions and learning to embrace their sensitivity as a gift. Students will build confidence in their ability to feel deeply, trust their inner wisdom, and empathize with others.
Students will learn:
