Description
1. Kneel to Your Conqueror, Superman. After he saves a scientific institute from an earthquake, Superman meets Rufus Caesar, a mathematical genius. While giving Superman a tour of the institute, Caesar tricks him into wearing a helmet that locks him in suspended animation. Caesar then hooks him up to a machine that transfers his powers into Caesar, who plans to become emperor of the entire world. Superman manages to defeat him by channeling his powers into Caesar at a rate that causes his mind to burn out. The story ends with the first suggestion that Morgan Edge is evil.2. The Specter of 3000 Moons Lake. The Atom foils a thief’s plot to steal some jewels from a millionaire by making him believe an ancient Indian ghost has returned.
